We recently stayed at this apartment, and our experience was far from what we expected based on the listing. The most significant issue was the lack of air conditioning, despite it being advertised. During our stay, the temperature in the apartment remained between 32-34 degrees Celsius, even with the windows open, making it extremely uncomfortable, especially for our three children who had difficulty sleeping. Moreover, the apartment was not soundproof, and with the windows open for airflow, we were constantly disturbed by the noise from the nearby hospital, particularly the frequent sound of ambulances throughout the night. The elevator situation was also problematic. It is very small and stops between floors, which meant we had to carry our baby stroller up and down stairs, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. The surrounding neighborhood felt a bit unsafe, which only added to our discomfort. The wifi was another major disappointment. It was unreliable, and when we tried to get help through Booking.com and WhatsApp, it took contacting three different numbers before we received a response, which was unhelpful and simply referred us to the presentation. Even after several attempts to reset the router, the wifi only worked intermittently. While the apartment’s proximity to the stadium was convenient, it did not outweigh the numerous issues we encountered. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I cannot recommend this apartment based on our experience. Given the false advertising and the various problems we faced, we feel that a partial refund is warranted.
