The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and modern, met my expectations. Good value for money.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the services you need. Large, beautifully designed rooms, amazing rooftop pool with reasonably priced pool bar and a good breakfast. We also had dinner at the restaurant which in my opinion needs some fine tuning. However, the staff were friendly and did their best to make it an enjoyable evening.

I was in the junior suite and the room is spacious, clean with air conditioning. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s cwaljing distance to the beach and restaurants. The swimming pool is superb and fresh towels all day. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our w.

Our second visit here in 4 weeks & it was much busier because, I expect, word spreads & more people want to experience this wonderful hotel. The underground car park is now fully open. Check- in was fast & easy & our room was available on arrival. The room on the 8th floor was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom equipped with plenty of towels & toiletries - bedding & pillows immaculate. The room had a small fridge that was stocked with complimentary red/white wine, beers, soft drinks & water. There was also the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The balcony opened to a dual aspect sea view and had a small table and chairs. The room was cleaned daily, towels replaced & bedding changed during the week stay. The pool bar is fully operational offering a great variety of meals, snacks, cocktails etc., all beautifully presented & offering good value. The hotel provides towels for guests, free of charge, there are plenty of sunbeds & shades. The pool area is maintained to a high standard & the guys working around the pool are attentive & friendly. We stayed half board this time & the food was always excellent and well presented with lots of variety. But what makes this hotel special are the staff. Those on the frontline who work extremely hard & are so attentive & caring. Petya & Sofi - the restaurant managers, their staff - Subina, Deepak, Sudip & Nikesh (who never stopped smiling) & Raju who seemed to be everywhere! Value them because a hotels success rests on them!

My sister and I had a SUPERB experience in this hotel. Price? Fairly expensive but affordable ( I really hope it will remain the same in the future). Room? Amazing (super clean and complete with air conditioning, big shower, balcony, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, TV with a lot of services!, etc...). Staff? Very very kind, professional and helpful. Position? Amazing as well, the hotel is near the sea, near the bus station and stores. Breakfast? A Lot of varied food available (especially fresh fruit). We ate pretty much, I'll admit! I could add a lot of things but I HAVE to mention the beauty of the interior design and of the infinity pool where you can relax, tan, enjoy a terrific view and a good drink. I'll mention as well the confort of the lounge room and the gym (the hotel offers so much more but we didn't have time to try everything). Our stay was really really great. I couldn't wish and expect any better. I hope to live this experience all over again in this beautiful hotel.

The stay started very strange, seems like the men at the front desk was trying to scam my friend and I out of extra money. My friend and I arrived at 1am, I accidentally did not change that 2 people would be in the room, they advised there would an extra charge for my friend, but when I looked up the room as they were talking to us, there was no extra cost for the 2nd person. I then advised I had talked to the Manager Matthew before arriving to let the hotel know my friend and I would be arriving at 1am, and to save our room. Once I brought up Matthew’s name the men at the front desk retracted their statement about the extra cost for my friend, and advised to not bring it up to Matthew. Very sketchy! The hotel was decent, room spacious, a weird smell, two very small balconies with no ocean view, just dilapidated apartment views. The neighborhood is sketchy, but close to all upscale hotels in St. Paul’s Bay. Would not stay here ever again, would definitely return to Malta!

Super friendly staff

Really fantastic location with polite and friendly staff, came here after having an awful stay at the Hilton Double Tree nearby and it was marvellous. I'd highly recommend staying here!
