The appartment is placed under the level of the road. Many insects related or not to presence of water were seen. The draining system in the bathroom's shower was dysfunctional. This inundates all the bathroom when you take a shower and makes the toilets unaccessible. The smell in the bathroom is disgusting. This could be related to the disfunctioning draining system. Moreover, the room's window let freezing air enter even when closed. When the apartment manager was contacted, no one was sent to solve the issue that was fully described by message. The after-sales experience was also very bad from my side. For the price of such appartment, one could expect better service and maintenance.
