Within 1 hour of checking in, the alarm to the main sliding glass doors on the second floor kept going off for no reason. We soon discovered the same door wouldn’t lock and was broken so leaving the property was a problem. A nice maintenance guy had to come out the next day and multiple times saying the door was unrepairable & parts needed to be ordered. The place should not have been rented with broken doors that COULD NOT be locked as we had our pet & belongings inside. The rug in the dining area was filthy with food stains/ food on it. The cleaning crew clearly doesn’t clean; we found chewed gum on the nightstand of the master bedroom. The family room sectional sofa was old stained and falling apart. There were actually food wrappers and food in between the sofa cushions. Honestly, we sat on beach towels because it felt so dirty. There was also garbage left outside around the pool area when we arrived. It’s a shame my family had to deal with repair personnel while we were on vacation considering the price point to rent the property. The excuse given was, “we just took over the management's & things come up”. Considering the cost of this place, NOTHING like broken doors & filthy rundown furniture “comes up”; it was already in disarray PRIOR to being booked. Advice from my family, is to keep looking if you’re seeking something in this luxury/cost category and steer clear of this place until attention to detail has been given.

Nice location. Right on the beach but still have some privacy from the beach. The bedrooms were nice clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. The day we checked in I thought the floors were a little dirty. The only thing I wish this house had was a bathroom on the ground floor close to the pool. Communication with the manager was quick when the elevator quit working. They sent someone right away.

We loved having direct access to the beach! The house is beautiful and the pool is kept up really well! Being able to sit out on the patio or balcony was so nice!

We stayed at this beautiful home in September. The house is beautiful and fit our large family so well. The pool was lovely and the sunsets on the beach were spectacular! We had a few issues which management immediately took care of. Our family cooks three meals a day when we vacation together- lots of dishes and glassware available... not as many items for cooking for a large crowd... my only complaint:) We will definitely return to this wonderful home!

The place was amazing, everything described and more. The rooftop sunsets and the end of each day where stunning!

The property was exactly as described and portrayed on the website. Located on the most beautiful sugar-sand beach, with beautifully decorated rooms with plenty of space for all 12 adults and 3 children in our group. One of the only properties that offered enough space for all five couples to have a king-size bed and their own bathroom. Nicely appointed kitchen (we cooked every day), and the washer/ dryer on each floor and the elevator were a plus! Nice pool area and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table. Property needed some maintenance and we submitted several requests. The good news is that the property managers were very responsive and all our service requests were handled well and expeditiously. Property should be blocked from rental for a couple of days or so to have maintenance go through and check for anything needing attention. All in all though, totally worth the price. We had a great time and made some great memories here. Highly recommend!

We had so much fun at this beautiful beach house!

There aren’t many views that could top being on the beach like this for sunset each day. This home is massive and comfortable and was perfect for our family getaway.
