I recently stayed at this property for my vacation and had an amazing experience. The layout and organization of the space are excellent, and the decor is charming, with thoughtful details that make you feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, with utensils in perfect condition. They have a coffee maker, but it's worth mentioning that it uses Keurig-type capsules rather than filters. I loved that there were plenty of plates, glassware, good knives, cutting boards, and a grill, as we enjoyed cooking during our stay. However, we were disappointed that we didn't have access cards to the amenities from the first day, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Nevertheless, the property team quickly resolved the issue the next morning by leaving a pair of cards at our door. The highlight for us was discovering the private beach access. It would be helpful to include the directions to the private beach in the guest binder, as it currently only contains information about the community center with the pool, gym, and floating restaurant. The pillows are divine. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

This condo is an older build with some age showing here and there. Lots of stairs, so be advised. Liked the separate bedrooms on three floors with one on the living floor and a full bathroom for each. Coulda easily slept 8 people. Again, this rental is a very good deal. It has everything you need, and everything works. If Lake Travis had been up, it would have been really well located. Good birding at the park and in the brushy gullies. Painted Buntings, Scissor tailed Flycatchers, and Vermillion Flycatchers. The common facilities are very good and easily accessible. Lots of folks playing golf. Lots of deer. Really. Lots. The beach area is very nice. It’s a 40+ minute drive to Austin, and the nearest grocery store is about 4 miles. Captain Pete’s Boathouse downstairs is a decent place to eat. Good fries. The blackened salmon salad is especially good. Don’t know about the “more upscale upstairs.” We encountered a very few small issues at the condo, and the Vacasa folks were perfect. They helped us figure out everything and were very service centered. Like that a lot.

This was my birthday so I wanted a relaxing getaway... and it was. The deer in the area was plentiful & beautiful to be around. We also had access to a private beach with soft sand, it was awesome birthday. Thanks for the experience I will definitely be back... it's just a 3 hour drive from Houston.
