Older Hotel but clean and price was fair. Had to ring for service and never got anyone to come to the front to check out so I left the keys on the front desk

I can’t really complain the beds were comfortable and the head shower is amazing. They also serve breakfast it’s not much but it’s something. But the cleanliness was ok but we made it work. Besides that I will definitely go there again especially if I’m need of a place last min to stay.

Coming into the property, the guy messed up gave me somebody else’s room knocked on my door at 3 AM to wake me up to tell me that he made a mistake when I’ve already taken and the bed sleeping I asked him to go away and I will talk to him in the morning. He proceeded to come knock on my door at 6 AM to wake me up again to tell me that he made a mistake and gave me somebody else’s room and he needed to see my ID. He looked at my ID took it to the front did not tell me he was going to take it to the front. I had to go out in my pajamas to get my id keep in mind The guy who was before me did not have an ID and he told him I’ll give you my cell phone. I just need somewhere to sleep, but you woke me up because you made a mistake so you can scan my ID but the person didn’t have to make no sense, he should be fired should not be waking up at 3 AM or 6 AM. I had a 5 1/2 hour drive to make and I could not go back to sleep because of him I will be calling corporate.

Basic clean but old corroded, rusty, and moldy faucets. Breakfast was pure carbs...bread, cereal, waffles. Nothing fresh at all. For a great location, a very run down hotel. I wish I'd spent the extra 40 bucks on a Marriott.

I was worried because I had booked a room and then read several reviews of people complaining about bed bugs so I was terrified. But I couldn’t get my money back so I went ahead and continued with my reservation, and no bed bugs ! So for that I’m very thankful ! Great location you can walk over to the casino 🎰

The hallways smelled of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not work. Lights did not work properly. The only entrance available was the main entrance. Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Air conditioning can't keep up originally set at 71 & felt 85 - ran at 61 all night and never once got cold- no sound barriers could hear every neighboring shower, toilet, & air. Was just a place to crash after the game and will likely come back just for the cheap room

I picked this hotel cause i knew the neighborhoood would be good, it is just across from the Ameristar Casino, but we stayed there for concert at sprint center, took about 10 min to get there I'm sure it would take longer with traffic but we left earlier. But rooms were clean, hotel was average. But they had smoking and non smoking on same level, but our room didn't reek of the smell which it good.

The hotel was nice but the front desk personal. Our key would not work when we returned and they acted like it was our fault. Then they would not rekey it for US. So no we will not stay there again.

Hotel manager complained about me using a third party to book. When booking room forgot to add guest on so he charged another 30 dollars for the guest had no way to cancel so had to pay. The manager is very rude. They also lock all entrances so only way is to go through front door. The one Bed had a huge sunken spot looked like bed was broke or just old. The room was dirty and wrappers from previous guests food was on floor. I would never stay at this Hotel again and after seeing the reviews on the Super 8 website it looks,as if this is common for this place.

Used this hotel because of its proximity to the Argosy Casino. This hotel was perfect for what we needed. We wanted cheap rooms for staying the night in. Check in was easy and so was check out. We weren't looking for any fancy amenities.

Its took 20 minutes waiting for someone to help me check in at the front desk and when they arrived they were extremely rude acting as if I interrupted them and was a disturbance. Instead of taking my credit card information in case of incidental they demanded and held $100 off my debit card in which still hasnt yet returned to my account yet. The guy raised his voice and told me if i didnt like it to stay somewhere else.

i was traveling through kansas city decided to stay this super8 , round 9pm we got there it was realy hot tempreture. when we get in room room was really cool and clean, we slept like a baby , complimentry breakast was good, we will come back again

I stayed at this hotel on 8/13/11. What a joke! The room was expensive, swimming pool was out of order (permanently, according to the sign posted outside), horrible smell throughout the hotel, and staff that need to learn about personal hygiene.
The TV had very limited cable (with more than half of the channels being very snowy, and unable watch). The bed (mattress) was encased in a plastic ziplock casing, so you were sleeping on PLASTIC!!!! very annoying and uncomfortable! The chair in the room had a big hole in it with the stuffing coming out of it. Stains were all over the carpet.
I also noted that there was a sign about guests having visitors (was not permitted, even if they were not staying overnight). If you had visitors, you had to pay for them to visit with you. I am glad I did not have to deal with this!
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Go to Motel 6! Better quality and service at that chain, than you will find in this hotel.

I checked in late due to poor directions given from front desk personnel. I left the hotel because I was on my way to Kanrocksas. Upon arriving back at the hotel at 2 a.m. with a couple of guests, I was informed that visiting hours were over at 11 pm. I had no idea hotels had visiting hours! I asked if they were running a hotel or a hospital. Needless to say, I paid for a room that I didn't even get to get into and left, as my guest weren't allowed to leave the lobby. I will not recommend that anyone stay at this Super 8 ever. Customer service was horrendous.
Nowhere in my booking info was there information about visitor times, not at one time during check in was I directed to a framed piece of paper that sits on the front desk, that the clerk kindly showed to be at 2 am. ALL IN ALL it was a nightmare of an experience.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I was given an area map to help me find gas stations, etc. The young lady working the night shift recognized where I was from and held a very warm and friendly conversation with me. It was nice to have an instant friend when traveling alone.
