Nothing internet fraud 1 they give u wrong adress 2 they don't return your cash back if you cancel this person doesn't even take the time to fix their online app on booking

Nothing. Well- the shower was big and bathroom fairly clean

I arrive at 23:45 after having told the WhatsApp receptionist that I am coming late. Receptionist is sleeping apparently. No lights on in or around. I walk up to 2 men in the shadows; I ask them where reception is- he says she’s sleeping but I’ll let u in and you choose a bed to sleep in. We pass 4 holes in the wall with curtains strung up acting as doors. Up stairs. In dark- me following my new Colombian friend/ host. We open a hostal door and he shines his phone’s flashlight. We see a bed with no one in it. I go to sleep. In morning I go to find the receptionist; she says - you need to pay me- instead of saying sorry or anything else hospitable. She gives me change for my cash payment of 3 nights. but at this moment her 4 year old throws her 2 year old baby on the floor and she runs over screams and hits her 4 year old. She’s in a hurry. Tells me the door security code and throws her phone with cartoons at the 2 year old. The baby watches then throws the phone on the floor. I google the bus outta there. I come home and there’s no toilet paper in either bathroom. I grab my hand into my backpack and slice off a piece of my finger tip with my razor. I’m bleeding and no toilet paper. So I wrap it in my towel. I write the WhatsApp receptionist- apparently she is in Philippines. She sends a guy with toilet paper. I ask my friend if I can sleep at her place- with a pool. She says yes. I pack up and say bye to my 23 Latino men roommates. Oh yeah. It’s not even the house shown in the pictures. It’s on 7th street. Not accurate photos.

I walked in on someone when I was told it's my room. Nothing, just how it was cheap. Booking is not at this address. Price also changes after first night. It's not specified on here.

they redirected me to a completely different house, which was filthy and run-down, couldnt even close the blinds. checking in was arduous with lots of calls and repeated requests for information and generally sketchy. didn’t feel safe so i didn’t even stay. already sent a complaint and a refund request.

I'm very happy with my stay and experience in this place. The comfort, the staff, the cleanliness, and the value are super vibes.
