Very cool hotel. Spacious and nice. Casino is bigger than we thought too. Restaurants are great and open late. Very friendly staff.

Ideally located near airport and Lambeau Field, which was ideal since we were going to the Packers vs. 49ers game. The desk clerk that I happened to interact with on three separate occasions I found to be a bit cold and short when I asked questions i.e. when I checked out I asked for a copy of my bill, his response “It will come through Expedia”. When I tried to confirm my nightly rate during check in, his response was “That’s all set by Expedia”. Just short answers usually with no embellishment or personality and somewhat cold.

My husband and i stayed at Oneida hotel and casino very nice and clean. We were able to park the car and get on a shuttle to the Packer game and didn’t have to worry about parking and the traffic. Highly recommended.

Staying at the Oneida hotel was a wonderful stress free experience. The curtesy airport shuttle was fast and very convenient. The room we stayed was spacious, with comfortable beds, and very clean. We enjoyed coffe at the coffee shop and enjoyed our meals at both the Restaurants at the hotel. We will definitely stay here on our next trip!

Check in great, shower broken notified front desk, said they would send maintenance. Maintenance came removed broken part. Several hours later still not fixed. Called front desk to see if they were going to fix, no response several hours later. Went down to front desk only to find out part not available. Had to change rooms if we wanted to shower. Communication poor.

This was the best hotel I could have chosen for our weekend stay in Greenbay for the packers game. You are only 10 mins away from the stadium which is super close, but far enough to get you a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We were staying here just one night to go to a Packers game - room was fine - nothing special. Restaurant food was good although the service was slow. Easy access to get to Lambeau in about 10 minutes. No reason not to stay here. Casino attached to the hotel which was a bomus.

The interior of the hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were large and newly remodeled.

When i arrived to check in, there were only 2 staff at front desks on friday @7. There were a group of 8 ahead of me. Mandi was waiting on 2 women with no urgency to get through the process, they just kept casually talking knowing full well the line was getting longer and longer! After about a 10 to 12 minute checkin for them, they could probably see i was irrated and they finally moved on. My checkin took less than a minute because i know its important to get guests waited on. I was quite irritated as well as the people behind me. The room was clean, the casino was great, just that Mandi needed to handle the situation better.
