It's a campanile, as campanile's go, it is one of the nicer ones. Basic but functional

Stayed in this hotel in the summer and it was very average. Needs upgrade in every room . Carpets are dirty and stained . Clean bed and toilet . Room and curtains need money spent on it . During the snow room was freezing . Blown air heating which kept cutting off every 20 mins . Was waking up with cold feet . Had to keep getting up to turn the heating on.

Thank you to the cleaners for preparing our room- it was spotless and very welcoming and much appreciated. There was plenty of room. The separate toilet was much better than being in the shower room as often is in these types of hotels. We parked in the hotel car park. The guy on reception wasn’t particularly welcoming but check in went ok.

Average working mans hotel . Some carpets need cleaned in some rooms or renewed. You wouldn’t book as a couple for a romantic break.

Been here 3 to 4 nights a week for the last 2 years, get to know the staff. Rooms are refurbished constantly, i get the newest every month.
Food ok nothing exciting but 2 course with a pint £20 is enough to fill you up.
Also special plus a drink £16 diffrent every night.
Pizza night, currynight , pie night, burger night, fish friday fresh beer batted fish,chips pies tartar sauce the best.

Breakfast was better than most as it appeared to be cooked in the kitchen rather than having awful self serve for hot food. Could have had a better fruit salad selection for breakfast.

The reception was perfunctory, no eye contact, no ‘conversation’, little smile, did the job but no more.
Room was excellent and clean.
Breakfast was very good with warm friendly attention from the staff on duty (a man).
Happy to return again.

Rooms were clean, beds nicely made and very comfortable. I slept like a baby. I did have problems connecting to the wifi. Maybe you should have a little note telling you how to do it for non techs like myself, that was my only problem. I will gladly stay again. Thank you to all the staff including the restaurant staff for making my stay a wonderful experience in Bradford

Stayed here before, love the big rooms, clean and tidy. Air con if needed. Separate toilet and bathroom great when more than one person in a room. Never any problems with noise in the hotel. Breakfast is great value for money and very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Check in was embarrassing with the receptionist trying to tell me I had no reservation! Rooms are basic but good. A comfortable chair in the rooms would not go amiss
