Staff was incredibly helpful when we couldn't find my reservation. It was clean. Towels were big and thick! Lots of hot and cold choices for breakfast.

We had booked 2 days and 2 nights. It would have been excellent if the cleaning didn’t keep coming into the room, putting the phone up,to your mouth because she didn’t understand English. I,had hang over from the night before we were in town for vacation and she came and woke us up,in our room and the other people in there room we were with, to clean the room but we had booked for 2 days and night. We shouldnt had anyone coming unless we asked….It was crazy.. other than that it would have been a very good stay.l

First room was having tv issues. Front desk moved us across the hall with no problem. Kids and I enjoyed a late night swim in the very clean pool area. Only downside was it seemed like the lights weren't working so we couldn't stay long. Everything else was aces. Great stay, would book again.

Our stay was good except the beds are so hard, I slept terribly and would not stay here again solely due to the beds.

TV did not work called front office to inform , They did nothing to resolve the problem but its a 2 star,so I guess its why is average customer service

My trip to the area was less than desirable. The Circle K had no working restroom and the employees were rude so I suppose welcome to Mississippi. However, the gentleman that checked me in was friendly and provided a quick and easy check in. So nice bounce back. However, we got to our room and turned on the lights, my daughter found an empty pill capsule with white residue in the corner by the lamp which is concerning giving the drug epidemic everywhere in the country. The air conditioner sounded like a turkey gobbling or a chihuahua barking the verdict on what the sound was mimicking is still out however every time it turned on throughout the night it woke us up. This was an interesting stay on our 6,000 mile trip. I cannot highlight enough that the gentleman that checked us in and the gentleman that morning were great employees which helped slightly.
