Rooms was not cleaned. We were told they only clean every three days. I said no new towels or pick up trash? Nothing? Towels were brought. Trash bags were also brought. Jacuzzi out. Workout room under renovation. Pretty pricey for these issues.

Started off with no room keys available when we checked in. Also we thought this hotel was pet free but turned out to have many pets and we had family members with pet allergies. Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. They were out of pillows and wash clothes also. Breakfast terrible also.
Called Hilton and they couldn’t help either. Will have to dispute the charges as well. I’m

Only thing i didnt like was the empty flower beds in the pool room it would have been nice to see some plants in their thriving from the conditions of that room.

The only issue we had with our stay is being told check-in was 3pm, however when we arrived, we were made to wait an hour and 15 minutes. Then on departure day, check out was 11am but they were knocking on the door at 10:30. Pool was great, room was clean and we did enjoy our stay

There were many reviews saying it was dirty and stinky. I didn’t find that at all. It had a clean smell and they allowed us to check the room out before finalizing it. The breakfast was limited on items and the room could use some minor repairs. But we enjoyed our weekend and the pool was open. That was nice albeit cold water.

The customer service was immaculate; however the lack of cleanliness was concerning. The toilet in our room had urine on the bottom and we found hair in our bedsheets.
