Stayed in the original end of the hotel. Very comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy.
Great location, just a few minutes from the centre.
Breakfast was lovely, very filling and a nice choice.

When you walk from the hotel into the town center you can avoid crossing busy road by using alternative footpath…. Ask people at reception desk to show you where to go.

My wife and i were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and i booked a night at THE SWANS NEST HOTEL as we had our honeymoon at a B&B namedTHE SWAN in 1974,,, I actually contacted the hotel prior to arrival to tell them about the occasion of our visit , which was a surprise for my wife ,, On getting to our room we were visited by a member of staff asking if we would like to move to another room , The hotel had given us an upgrade room to mark the occasion Speechless was not how we described the gesture , Also a small welcome drink had been given as well The room was breathtaking along with the whole stay , breakfast ,, surroundings of the hotel ,

Had to wait at reception as person walked away from desk without acknowledging me. Was then dealt with next available person. Very courteous and offered me a choice of ground floor or upstairs room. Given a nice quiet room overlooking the inner gardens. Told me everything I needed to know about my stay. Just a shame as I told him I pre booked table in Pierre Bistrot that he didn’t mention guests get 10% off their bill. I didn’t see the poster until we returned from the theatre later that night!! Our 3rd stay, great hotel and excellent location for the RSC. Although busy, we did get parked in car park which now costs £8 per night.

Enjoyable stay, really pleased with the hotel, easy check in/out, comfy beds and very clean. Did have to report that the shower was a bit on the cool side, otherwise superb!

Excellent location with car parking. Room spacious and comfortable. Cooked breakfast was disappointing as it was over done eg poached eggs were hard.

Fantastic location in the centre of Stratford & very handy parking on site. The staff on reception were very welcoming & helpful.
Our room was lovely & comfortable with all amenities we needed. Great breakfast in the bistro also.

We come to the Swan's Nest most years and have always been delighted with our stay. This year the visit was marred by our experience on the last night. We were asked to leave the restaurant and go to the Bear at about 10.35 the Bear asked us to move on to the Hotel Foyer at 11.00 where we were subjected to a very unpleasant man taking pictured of us and when we objected getting very confrontational. The hotel staff managed to stop an actual affray and called the Police who took a statement the next day. It turned out that the Police had been called to the same man the previous night so surely he should not have been there. I was also unhappy the man from the hotel asked when it was all over did we still want the Police to come and went away saying that it was on us!!!

Ideal venue for visiting stratford and great location for theatre going or taking a walk along the riverside. Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Room contained everything needed and was clean and comfortable. Restaurant provided everything from small snacks to extensive dinner menu at decent prices. Will definitely return.
