Room was booked on line. Upon arriving it took the front desk an extremely long time to chrck me in. The room was fairly clean. Couldnt get the tv to come on. Found a few stains on the cover.
There was a nasty wet stain on the carpet before reaching the vanity area. Not sure whst it was, but had to keep shoes on the entire time. Very noisy surrondings. And there is a large pot hole in the parking lot that you have to hit wwhen entering the complex. Damaged my tires

I love that it's close to the Hospital. It's convenient when I'm on call. It's quite and the staff is friendly. My room is always clean.

Room was clean however the place was not what was advertised on the site no place to sit but on bed cereal and waffle was all the breakfast offered waffle didn't cook through for 2 people we had one set of towels when asked for more told they would bring them and never got more towels

Dont like the parking lot have big holds and the pool dont have furniture for relaxing inside the room dont have comfoters on the bed the curtains are lighted not have cleaner napkins.and dont jave pencil for a note. Or a some paper for writing notes. Many others little details

I had roaches crawling out of my sink and broken appliances in the whole room. Lamp didn’t work. I gave this place a second chance because my 1 room was dingy but I had faith with a 2 bed. Was mistaken, not staff in lobby fault but cleanliness and pest control can be improved

We checked in, as we went to our room there was water dripping down on the stairs, as we opened the door to our room it smelled and looked old.
We turned around, dropped the keys off and asked for a refund. They said since we got the room through Expedia we would have to ask them for the refund.
We booked a room through Expedia at a La Quinta Inn for that night instead.

Fine overall I guess. I believe they were remodeling? Things, and used old stuff everywhere in-between rooms. The room smelled, but honestly the worst thing was just the bed, it was awful. Otherwise, it was a room. Someplace to poop, shower, and shave

Wasn’t expecting much but the morning service people will knock your door down a hour before check out rushing you just to half way clean the rooms. Food in fridge unvacuumed floors broken appliances full 9

I’m pretty sure there was a bullet hole in the wall. “Nightstand” leg was held together by tape wrapped around it several times.

We only needed this hotel for one night. We didnt know the hotel was under renovations. The room was fine except for the roaches. The roaches were the problem. Staff was friendly.

Our stay was marred by not having tissues in the room, not having a trashcan in the room, not having a tub in the room (and not having a long enough shower curtain), not having towels in the room, and not having a door that locks in the first room (which made it so we had to change rooms).
