We booked because of the reviews .not sure the reviews were accurate. the only good thing was the bed was comfortable we got there late 8:00pm. The elevator was out of order so we had to lug our suitcases up to the second floor. We are not young so this was not an easy task .

Terrible! Very rundown! Not clean. And elevator broken to top it off. Glad we were only there one night.

The elevator wasn’t working. My husband has Parkinson’s Disease & had to lug our suitcases to the 3rd floor.

Beth checked us in. She was phenomenal. Friendly, welcoming, professional, efficient. Room was clean and pretty much as expected. AC worked well but very noisy. Shower temperature was good, but pressure a little on the low side. Breakfast was horrific. Rock hard biscuits, gravy looked like the inside of a diaper, and the scrambled eggs had the texture of construction paper. Convenient location to STL airport. Perfectly fine for a night.

Beth at the front desk was WONDERFUL! So nice and very informative. Pool was clean but area very dreary. Breakfast extremely basic with few healthy options. Coffee was good.

The hotel itself was very decent. BUT getting into and out of the main entrance was an entirely different matter -- the cigarette smoke is very thick. When I told the desk clerk when we were checking out that he/they needed to find a different place to smoke, he got angry and defensive. That's their official smoking area and where they tell both staff and guests to smoke. Using the stairwell doesn't help, because it comes out exactly in the same place. The desk clerk even told me, among other things, that "you don't *have to* breathe" when he was complaining that I had coughed when going through the smoke cloud. He concluded with, "I hope you don't come back to this hotel." Don't worry. I won't -- ever.

Loved it

It was supposed to be smoke free but it was obvious that people were smoking in their rooms as you could smell it in the hallways. Staff were nice, room was clean. A bit nisy from the area but it wasa one night stay.

Minimal hotel. Band-aid decor of used furniture. Found hair in tub 😬. Hole in wall under sink. Sink dripped. Bathroom door doesn’t close, without a shove. Bed hard & had a blanket similar to a moving blanket on it. Asked for a quiet room & had room facing the highway. Breakfast is a joke. They may have ice but nowhere to get drinks or a snack. If you have a large vehicle or are pulling a trailer, there’s no place to park or turn around. Positives- sheets were clean, A/C worked & so did elevator.

This was the second time for me staying at this location seperated by a couple years. It doesn't seem or smell clean. There was a blood spot on the sheet, holes in the wall were art had been removed & a dog barking across the hall. I arrived about 9pm & the girl who checked me in had the jitters & couldn't focus well.

Check in was simple and quick. Room was clean. Free breakfast was served. Hotel close to restaurants and where I needed to be and in decent neighborhood. Price was reasonable.
