The hotel had a very welcoming atmosphere. It was beautifully decorated as it was close to Christmas. We thought that the lady on Reception was very helpful and smiley. Our room was beautifully furnished, with added touches of homlineness. Breakfast was very good, freshley cooked. Everything was of a high standard.

Lovely hotel set in the centre of Romsey, off road parking only found a space at the Abbey, no fee after 6pm. Food lovely staff friendly and attentative

Lovely rooms in a beautifully decorated and cosy inn in the centre of town. Lovely touches with espresso machine, nice bathroom products and quality linen and very well cleaned. Didn’t eat or drink there so can’t comment. Reception staff very helpful and friendly.

It speaks for itself that we keep returning to this hotel, we love it. Took some friends with us this time, they loved it too. We are returning again next month with family members. We always receive a warm welcome. The food in the restaurant is very good. The location is great

The room had everything, lovely robes and slippers. Coffee machine, water, biscuits but no mint tea sachets, I can cope with that 🙂 Very comfortable bed and I loved the pillow spray, which I used. Loved the fluffy towels. The note left by Sally was a lovely touch. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing too. Wonderful helpful staff who helped us find our room and carry our case.

Very old historic property, staff were great on arrival along with housekeeping. Unfortunately the room was at the front of the property & the rooms didn’t have air conditioning, we slept with the windows open & at 05:45 the market traders started setting up stalls which broke sleep patterns.

Fabulous stay again. Lovely clean, tidy room and extra bonus balcony for the early coffees and late fizz. Perfect central location and lots to see and do.

Ive stayed there a few times and always had a pleasant experience. Being a solo traveller the friendliness of staff is very important, this time that wasnt apparent. They were very rushed and often had to wait for servive. Being disabled the table servicr i had before was important. Ididnt feel compfortable and checked out a day early
