Hotel staff, especially Jessica, were very pleasant and helpful.

Very convenient to all spots in Bern, including the train station and Parliament (where we saw a very nice seasonal light show). The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the beds were very comfortable, who thought putting two twins together makes a queen. I could swear I reserved the single queen bed. The beds had wooden rails around them and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. We also did not have A/C or any fan options. Though it was cold outside this caused us to open a window until during the morning a cat was making noise and we were concerned it would come inside.
I would recommend this hotel for it convivence to spots in Bern, friendly staff and cleanliness, but be aware of these limitations.

Hotel is rather basic, but very clean and conveniently located. Windows facing the street- not the main one, but still street noise could be noticed. Staff is great, and very helpful. We booked the cheapest room- it is small, other rooms are larger and better. Free happy hour drink was a pleasant surprise.

Convenient and a short walk from Bern train station. The Saturday we were check in, there was a Saturday market with many stalls. Free coffee and beverage counter on ground floor. From 3pm, guests were treated to a free first drink. Reception were very helpful and chatty. Room was basic and clean.

Very nice hotel. Only issue is they have no space for baggage storage so if you want to stay afternoon to tour city you have to leave bags in lobby unsecured. Also, we arrived prior to 3:00 pm. Our Room was ready, however, property charged us $30 cfh for early check in. Not cool!

The staff were the best! So friendly and helpful. They have a welcome drink and give you a bar of Swiss chocolate as you leave. Really lovely extras that make it nice. This area was right by the main train station making it easy to travel and find the hotel. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and enjoyed the neighborhood. Always busy and on the weekend a festival happening.

Centrally located hotel in old Bern with great access to all tourist highlights. We loved the ease of access from the train station and we found the hotel convenient and clean. The evening beverage was a welcome surprise. We liked the proximity to the parliament, the Munster and the zytglogge to name a few of the close by places of interest

An amazing Hôtel with first class service. Free coffee and a welcomedrink. Near to everything in the city. Ac in the room , very good madrasses.

Extremely comfortable clean and convenient place near train station and all sights downtown, friendly staff and nice bonuses like welcome drink and goodbye gift. Loved the bed and bathroom.

Great location, 700 ft (3 min walk) to the main station, many restaurants and shops nearby, washer & dryer on Z floor ( free to use but bring your own laundry soap), room size is average ( a little small).

This is the worst 4-star hotel I've experienced in a long time. I chose the place for review rating but feels cheated.
The bed was uncomfortable, and the receptionist tried to charge us for city tax twice, both at check-in and check-out. The coffee machine was broken, and the hand soap dispenser was empty when we arrived. The hotel does offer luggage storage on check-out, but it was next to the reception desk in the open and felt very insecure, forcing me to carry all my valuables for the entire day. Overall, everything about this place felt chaotic.

We hit arrive the day of pride in the square. It was a bit noisy until midnight was you would expect but the windows are great. Very cental near city square and trains station with lots of places to eat near by.

The staff are so helpful and the amenities were above and beyond what we expected. We liked the coffee and drinks available, and the access to laundry machines.
