Decent hotel. Bathroom grout areas were dirty and need to be cleaned or replaced. Carpets in halls were dirty. The rest seemed to be clean and well maintained. Plenty of breakfast options.

Check in was with a person who didn’t even know what a cot was, stained pullout with no sheets. Ended up having to get another room. The day staff did make it better. Terrible breakfast. Cold coffee.

Clean and quiet

The suites were really nice, my only complaints were the handprints visible on the headboard and the tub that didn’t drain. Otherwise, a nice place. Front desk was kind and gentleman running the breakfast area was especially kind when I wanted to fill up my water bottle after breakfast hours.

I never checked in at this hotel. The only reason I was having to book a night is because there is flooding all over Northwest Iowa Southwest South Dakota and every possible route to my house was closed. They opened the interstate and no one knew how long it was going to stay open. So I contacted the hotel and told them I would not be coming because I was going to go home. They told me I would have to call back on Monday to ask the manager about a possible refund. I called back on Monday and they said because I booked through hotels.com I would need to contact them. I contacted hotels.com and they told me they would contact the hotel and the hotel manager then told them that they would not give me a reimbursement. So I contacted the hotel and they said yes they were not reimbursing me. The city of Sioux Falls was also going through a lot of flooding and I would think that they would understand the situation and have some sympathy towards people who are experiencing tragedy. People all over this region are losing their houses and all of their belongings and we are just trying to do everything we can to help. This money from the hotel for a night that I never stayed at could be used to help those in need. I hope they put my money from my night at the hotel that I never stayed in to good use.

Room had no toilet paper holder or towel racks to hang towels. Floor has seen a lot of wear and tear. Bathroom certainly needs an upgrade and was not as clean as you would like it…gunk on the floors in the corners. The entire facility could use some TLC and upgrades.

Nice stay. Only hitch was no bath towels. Cleaning staff must have busy and missed it. Easily remedied. Standard motel breakfast but enough to get the day started
