Loved the bed. Room was great too.
One elevator is a problem. I was on the 5th floor and waiting during the morning was a pain. A couple of times I walked the stairs.

Liked ɓreakfast, big room, convenience. Lack of hot water. We had no hot water in our jetted tub so could not use. Leaky toilet, had to flush toilet sometimes 3x, which we did not report anything until we checked out. Floor didnt look like it had been cleaned. Had some stuff on it. Carpet in hallways need cleaning or replaced. Staff was wonderful

The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were hauling a camper. Breakfast had lots of options. Only thing was the neighbors were load.

The place was dirty and run down. The hallway and elevator were very dirty. There were signs that there was ice and vending on the floor but there wasn’t except for the1st floor.

Everything was in good shape except the exercise equipment needed repairs, also the TV was glitchy and pixelated on a lot of channels.

The hotel looks very nice on the outside and is kept very clean. Our room was spotless.

However, on Saturday night, a 6 piece band started at 5pm and we had a 6:00 am flight on Sunday morning. We called front desk and asked them to close their door, which was right across ours, and they didn’t. My husband went to the front desk and had us moved at 8:30 when we couldn’t sleep or handle the noise right outside our door!

Nice comfortable stay as usual. Convenient for my purposes. Evening staff person was a bit grumpy and unprofessional, but the morning staff very friendly and professional. The breakfast is a bit basic, but good variety of options. Will stay again.
