The property was well maintained, clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

I stayed at a different hotel in Atlanta Premeter area last year and they did not charge us for a parking. I was shocked to know we had to pay $16 each night for parking that was not explained when I made a reservation. Our stay ended up higher than the budget we could get reimbursed.
The parking fee should be included or explained in Hotels.com reservation site.
The indoor pool was nice and warm even though we were told the water was not heated.

We were traveling for Medical purposes. We needed the hotel shuttle sevices to get to the hospital and back to the hotel. The shuttle service did not begin until half hour after my appointment time. We had to make other arrangement and barely made the appointment. The coffee maker in the room did not work and there was no refrigerator in the room.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
I received a notification that my room was ready for check-in, but upon arriving just before 5 PM, I was informed that no rooms would be available for another 30 minutes. After a long journey from Tennessee to Atlanta for a fashion show with my family, we decided to leave the hotel to grab a bite to eat. We returned about 45 minutes later, only to find that the only room available was on the top floor, which we accepted.
However, when we entered our assigned room, we were met with a strong odor of urine, and the air conditioning was not functioning. I called the front desk, and a staff member assured me that a maintenance technician would be sent to address the issue, while a member of the housekeeping team would come to clean the carpets.I agreed to wait, but after 20 minutes with no one arriving, I went back to the lobby to inquire about the situation.
I was informed that no other rooms were available, and the maintenance technician would be arriving shortly. Shortly thereafter, I received a call stating that the AC could not be repaired and that we would need to move to another room. This was confusing, as there were no other rooms available. We had a great stay at the Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. The staff was polite & friendly. Hotel was clean & comfortable. The only complaint was the eggs were cold at breakfast on Saturday morning but would not stop me from coming back.

Easy check in ! Wonderful customer service! Never mind answering questions! All staff was kind and helpful! I am now a fan of Marriott.

It was nice, clean , and comfortable. A little loud but we were in first floor and they had some event going on, so other than that it was good and I’d stay here again.

The curtain had brown stuff on it like blood or something. The main reason I went was for the indoor pool if was filthy and cold. It was not heated. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Other than the curtains the room was clean. It was quiet and they had to huge events going on at one time. I enjoyed my stay.
