Room was okay, linens are clean and the highlights of our stay is the good breakfast and most of all is the cheerfulness of the lady who was serving breakfast. You will never go wrong with a good breakfast to start your day on top of a cheerful lady in the breakfast room which added sunshine in the room on a cold weather.

The room was smelling like somebody was smoking before we came, when I went to front desk they said they don’t have any available room to transfer us, because of this the room felt overpriced.

Overall good stay. I used electric car chargers to charge my tesla while I slept. Downsides were the ac heat unit didnt work and it is located next to thruway so truck noise all night. I put on a you tube sleep video on my phone to drown it out.

Black mold in the bathroom. Shower knob is broken. Closet door lock is hangin on to its dear life. The back door doesn't close all the way, God forbid someone forgets to close it. Ice machine area is dark and dingy.. Pool is filthy, people are so loud. Hot tob doesnt have enough water. No towels in the pool area. I don't usually give poor reviews but this one really hit me bad.

Tha coffee and egg for breakfast was very bad and also the smell in the hallway in second floor was horrible because of Indian spices and foods.

This was absolutely one of the worst places that I stayed at in a long time. The property is in serious need of updating. The entire building smelled like smoke. People constantly outside smoking at all of the entrances even though the sign says please move 25 feet away from the building. We we arrived it was dark out and there was an outside light that was pointed at the building and strobing. I jokingly said we better not be by that light. Imagine my surprise when we went to our room to find out that we were in the room that the light was pointed at. After closing the drapes and shutting off my room light you could still see the strobing. I called the front desk to ask for a new room after explaining the situation and was told to close the drapes. I explained that even with them closed the strobing was still coming in my room. The front desk said that they would send someone up. It was change of shift so the new front desk person came and said the same thing "just close the drapes". Finally I got a new room, requested on the other side of the building and ended up getting moved 4 rooms down on the same side. No maintenance on call to fix the issue and didn't seem to care. After parking to enter the building the door was propped open so people could get into the building because the door did not unlock automatically this was broken. The building is super long so you had to walk all the way around the building to get in. Very poor upkeep.

I read the reviews prior to booking so there were no surprises. My room was acceptable, the air needs some adjusting, carpet is dated, but overall I stayed one night, the included breakfast was good, good selection and was good. Maybe open at 6 vs 630 only issue. I would say for the money and what I needed I was satisfied.

The hotel pictures looked so nice, but the hotel was definitely NOT!

Hotel was clean, rooms were decent, comfy bed, gym was outdated with sparse equipment, no free weights available, pool was nice, hot tub jets didn’t work.
