Just needed a place to crash because we were attending a concert at SNHU Arena. Would have paid more to be at a nicer location. Place is old and tired. Room wreaked, very humid almost moldy smell. Front desk staff was inexperienced, took us almost 20 minutes to check in. Line of people behind us. Unless there's nothing else to book, I'd avoid.

Everything seemed to be going fine until my grandson spilled cereal on the rug and I asked them if they could come vaccum the room and they said they already passed by so they refused to even clean it I had to go to the front desk and push the issue for it to get done hours later it got done we stayed for 4 days and that was the morning after our first night we stayed and they had an issue with my room after that point two days later I asked for new towels sheets and trash to be changed and I even stripped the bed and put all the trash in one bag they walked by the room and as time went on I was they didn’t come to the room and then again I had to push the issue again and yet again it was an issue my pregnant daughter was unaware that we could not use the vacuum but was tired of the arguing between the house keeping and I and she went to grab the vaccume off the cart that was a few doors down the hall from the room and when she was walking back to the room the gentleman house keeper ran up to her and proceeded to shove her and rip the vaccume out her hand instead of informing her and letting her know she can’t do that he literally put his physical hands on her and yelled at her that cause higher management to get involved which seemed to settle the situation we didn’t have to contact them again for that stay but when we went back a week later we were informed we were on a do not rent list for being rude to the house keeper

Building and rooms smelled like mold really bad! Lady at front desk was rather rude when we checked in. There was a shooting across the street while we were there. Staff said it happens all the time to just ignore it. We will never stay there again.

Rooms are dirty and things ofn the such. Our smoke detector kept going off bc it needed a battery. None of the cleaners really spoke english so it
was difficult to communicate. Most front desk workers were very nice. I had one that was extremly rude thiugh.

I have never felt so uncomfortable at a hotel before. Bed and linens are cheap and uncomfortable. Room was dingy and outdated and it's sketchy feeling. I feel like demanding a refund ;
