The shuttle service was terrible. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get picked up from our Riverboat tour.

Toilet clogged on our last day no maintenance available. The staff just hand us toilet plunger. Too many flys around the window. Never ever stay there again we are disappointed.

Great property for short stays in Fairbanks

At 200-something a night, the Bridgewater was the most economical and convenient location for an overnight stay in summer AK. Easy walking distance to food, bars and the AK Cultural center. Clean room and an airport transfer as well. I'll be keeping this place in mind for future trips.

The staff were wonderful, but the hotel was overall shortstaffed, as well as their shuttle services were short of shuttles for the volume of guests that were staying at the hotel!

We had a very good 1 night stay at the Bridgewater in Fairbanks, Alaska. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. 4 pillows on a king sized bed would have been appreciated as there were only 3. The hotel was located beside Big Daddy’s BBQ restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious early dinner. The Noodle House is located across from the hotel, which has excellent reviews. I am giving my review a 4 out of 5 stars as 1) there is no Breakfast served 2) we were not asked if we were members when we signed in. We arrived from Canada a bit tired and made an assumption that our membership number would come up when checked in. It was only after our check out the next morning that this error was discovered. Jude ( at the front desk) was patient and helpful. We are still unsure if my points were added to my file. We enjoyed the staff and we would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The window in our room had several nails in it to keep it together. It was in dire need of upgrading. The air conditioner desperately needed to have the filter cleaned as it was moldy and one guest had allergic reactions to this.

Perfect overnight stay, clean, able to do laundry, and convenient location to restaurants

Older property in a good location from close to downtown restaurants. Shuttle service with Train station and Airport was very nice to have.

The room was clean. Front desk staff were great. Beverages in the hotel shop were high priced, but convenient. Many great restaurants within walking distance. We got a parking spot next to the hotel, but would fill up and overflow parking was a couple of blocks away. We liked it enough to stay on two different occasions.

Very convenient to points of interest downtown and the bus depot. Showers are small but fine for me-someone taller may want a bigger shower. Buses run M-F only but will go to several places like UAF, Pioneer Park, Cookie Jar Restaurant. Ask for list of restaurants at the hotel. Unfortunately no shuttle to hotel from the airport late at night-eg after 11 pm. Appreciated the self service laundry facilities. Chena River literally across the street and Catholic Church across the bridge from the hotel. I wish that I knew that the room prices were going to be different for each night of my stay.

Stayed for 2 nights. Was coincidentally perfect with the Golden Days parade coming right past the entrance, and the fair a block away. Would stay again if we were in Fairbanks. Solid location. Decent condition.
