Comfy beds and pillows. Bright lights outside so it needed bigger curtains to get a dark room. The staff were friendly and helpful- including letting us check in a couple hours early.

I didn’t stay, when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn’t. It is a policy of the hotel, I will never stay at the comfort Inn Pembroke again. I usually go to visit family at
Least 4 times a year and was staying at their hotel but after trying to cancel and being told no, to me big rip off. Things happen in life and plans change but they could care less.

There is a restaurant right beside the hotel. The hotel is dog friendly and there is a trail nearby for walking. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent - not just continental.
