Manager came out yelling at us because we went into to a main entrance door that was supposed to be locked. Not our fault. She was very rude and we did not stay.

I booked a room here a week ago - I did not stay. This place was incredibly run down and antiquated. I was given a room in the corner of the property and I parked next to a car with no windows and full of clothes and goods. My new white car stood out like a daisy in a manure pile. The complex in the center looked like it was perhaps being remodeled, but who knows. The pool was dry and I was scared to glance at what was lying at the bottom. Do not be fooled by the pictures! My room smelled awful and I never even made it to the bathroom. I honestly felt very fearful for my wife and I. Please be careful and cautious if you have to stay here.

Room was run down really bad. Reeked of cigarettes even though it was non-smoking. Two guys fighting very loudly by the lobby for a good while in the night. Lots of homeless and police sirens. Bed was very dirty under blankets. Tub had what appeared to be mold. Staff were the only positive thing about the location they were very nice .

This place is unlivable. Filthy! Dangerous! I walked out after seeing all the burn holes in the sheets. It’s basically a drug den.

Room was clean, but smells funny had to spray Lysol. Out side was ran down,sign broken, parking lot asphalt broken, washer and dryer broken! Weeds growing up on side walk. Would not stay here again.

I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this place to anyone- very dingy and bare, and not cozy feeling at all. Not real clean. No comforter on bed. Heater didn’t work so we asked about it and she gave us a portable one, didn’t work either.. The outer grounds was awful. Just not a good feeling at all- we almost pulled out and left for something better.

The room that we paid for was a King size bed, which we did not get, it was a Double Bed & the toilet would'nt flush & the tub was gross & wasn't cleaned. We've been staying @ Santa Fe Inn for years WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN!

This property is in bad shape and may be under renovation , but this should be indicated in listings. There were flies in my room that I could not get rid of, the wifi didn't work and when I asked about it I was told that it never worked in that area. The lighting was dim. There was no entry to the lobby with all transactions handled through a thick plexiglass window, creating a hostile atmosphere.
The one positive was the staff, which was upbeat and welcoming even when telling me there was nothing they could do to help.

Very old room with a lot of very worn in the stains on most surfaces. Said they had to modify breakfast due to Covid but all 3 staff I saw didn’t have any face masks on. I feel they use that to just justify giving you a paper bag with a granola bar and a piece of fruit in it when the expectation is there is a full breakfast.
