It was very unpleasant stay , the hotel is sketchy , front desk staffs rude and unprofessional. When I arrived in the morning, the front desk clerk charged extra fee to checked me because I arrived earlier. After I checked in, I found out the hotel room had marajuana smell. I requested for room change. The clerk told me that there was no vacant rooms available at the moment but I could switch to a new hotel room on the next day. On October 22, I spoke to the front desk manager to request room change at 11:00am, She refused to help and I told her that previous clerk promised me to change room for me the next day. I went back to my room and shared my bad experience on the hotel survey. Few minutes later, the front desk manager got infuriated at me over phone and asked why I wrote a bad review for the hotel. Because I wrote a bad review, they agreed to change the room for me. They gave the room which wasn’t ready. So I went to ask the house keeper who was busy cleaning. I knocked at door to get her attention but she did not answer. So I left the decaf coffee bags in the cart and picked up a box of facial tissue missing from my hotel room. I was about to unpack my luggages, the front manger called me and asked me to leave. She retaliated that I need to check out now n she called the police on me, 3 officers showed up to my hotel room while I was packing to leave. The hotel charged me 2 nights but I stayed one night and some unauthorized fees.

The tub was dirty, no extra towels, the keys didn’t work had to keep going to the front desk, she wasn’t at the desk half the time I had to keep waiting on her, and when I got there she charged me an extra 15 dollars

Wasn’t the worse hotel but wasn’t the best locks are broke; parking is a pain; the cards barely worked; breakfast was never fresh; tons of people wonder if they even stayed there..

The hotel was k okay but needs a major remodel to its rooms. Carpet worn holes and stained. Furniture dated, couch needs cleaning. Bathroom is outdated and needs major renovation replaced and cleaning. The staff was accommodating and responsive to needs. Left a day early.

Rooms are clean and nice. I would have stayed in this hotel for the remainder of my contract (the next month) however the customer service/ assistance here is terrible. They have 100 deposit Everytime you update your reservation. Also my 15 year old was literally bullied by their guest services manager (Nicky), while I wasn't there. Which was wildly unacceptable. So I'll be taking my $3,100 per diem and spending it elsewhere for the month.
