I loved the Intercontinental! I like that it’s not big but nice and cozy with everything you need. The staff is friendly and willing to assist. This is my second time here and I will come back again!

Very disappointing for a 4star property. The worst in-room and bathroom lighting I’ve ever experienced. Zero counter space in bathroom. Incompetent bar service. Front desk and bellmen, however, were lovely.

First of all I’ve stayed here before and the GM John has a fantastic staff from front desk to housekeeping and the manager on duty that night was super. You could not ask for a better management and staff at a hotel

There was nothing unique about this property, I would have given a better review if it had a refridge and microwave for the guest staying for the cost of room. Instead the refrigerator was there stocked with items for sale. No where to store water to be cold when needed. No microwave to heat food if you came back with leftovers for later, be it from outside restaurant or even the hotel’s restaurant

I visited for the Bronner Bros hair show . My flight came in around 10:00am; I headed straight to the hotel and they allowed me to check in early. My room was clean but it had a bit of a musty smell. Overall is was a good experience

I truly enjoyed my recent stay. The Staff was phenomenal. I loved the cleanliness of my room. Its close to everything on Canal, Bourbon Street, etc. But far enough to have a relaxing experience in a busy city. Love Nola!

I was stating at this location from 8/16-8/23. I had a few issues that needed to be addressed. I contacted Cindy the manager and she was absolutely phenomenal. She handled my issues with the upmost priority. She assessed the problem and handled it in a very professional manner. She was the perfect picture of hospitality. I will definitely be back.

I like the rooms were very clean and they kept up with cleaning the rooms everyday when we’re not there I’ve been to hotels and stayed for days and they didn’t do that .
