Stayed here for the Billie Eilish concert next door at State Farm. The room was slightly delayed getting ready but it was a busy weekend. Was surprised at how good the salads were at the sports bar- it was a lively atmosphere and we were seated fairly quickly. Room service also took about an hour but the food was very good. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

The location was perfect to access the Mercedes Stadium but it's a nightmare leaving the place during the day if other events are taking place downstairs. The valet service is excellent, but the direct TV satellite for the remote was problematic; otherwise, the rooms were fresh and clean. Would stay again!

Stay was okay, vallet workers were very distracted. Not helpful and had to request help, not what $60 should get you.. I have stayed at Omni for years, always great experience. I frequent these hotels in many cities, Grove Park, Charleston, Hilton Head, Chicago, Boston, etc. Its been a few years since my last visit in Atlanta Omni, but will stay somewhere else my next visit. Also there was a charge to have wifi, that was ridiculous. Not what Omni does in other cities. The management needs to visit Omni in Chicago and see how to run a proper hotel.

The hotel room was nice. Was there all of 15 minutes before realizing there was bed bugs on the bed. Didnt get a different room just the sheets changed. Didnt get compensated at all for it.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. Check in was easy. Only complaint was you could only valet at 60.00 a day. My opinion is you are a guest at the hotel you should at least get complimentary parking or maybe a cheaper price. Rooms were nice had a safe and refrigerator. Very convenient to walk to several locations. We were there for the Falcons game. I would stay there again.

We love staying at Omni hotels when we can and this one is beautiful. However the mattress was awful and the pillows need to be replaced.

We were in North Tower. My daughter left early morning (7-8am). There were 3 or more “unhoused” people sleeping inside the ground floor of the North tower lobby area.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Bed was horrible, hard and bumpy (old). For the price, the expectation was MUCH higher. Quite disappointed.

Bright, clean, healthy, helpful, safe. All things necessary to make a hotel worthy were here in abundance. Direct connect to State Farm Arena was a pleasant surprise.

Quick getaway for a concert. I have to say, our experience was great with 2 exceptions. CONS: The bed was hard as a rock. I asked for a mattress topper and they are not available. So, we didn’t sleep well. The hallway floors on 5th floor were in desperate need of vacuuming. There were giblets of paper and trash scattered all over. PROS: Room was very clean and neat. Location was perfect for our concert at State Farm Arena. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The Bell staff, Valet staff and Front Desk staff went out of their way to make our stay great. I would stay here again, bust sure wish they had a Westin Heavenly Bed. They can’t be beat!

We came for a concert at the arena next door and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Omni. Very accommodating staff and comfortable rooms. Plenty of choices for food and beverage and downtown activities were close by. We highly recommend Omni Centennial Park
