The Expedia app says that the price included all taxes and fees. When checked out they charged us $16.00/per night additional for parking. When we checked in I asked if the price Expedia quoted included all fees and I was told that it did. They added $30.00/ night miscellaneous for anything we might charge to the room but that the full $60.00 would be refunded if we didn’t charge anything to the room. We were surprised this time, because previously ALL fees were included in the Expedia quote. Either Expedia should change their add to say some fees are included or the hotel should honor Expedia’s quote. It’s not a lot of money but we probably won’t be returning to the Hilton Beachfront in Melborne Fl even if it’s more expensive somewhere else.

Great location. Pool, beach, our room had ocean view with balcony, check in and out was easy. Outside bar was great and breakfast in ocean grille was delicious.

Everything was great. The buffet brrakfast, the easy acces to the beach, the ambient at the pool and friendly staff.

Room service should be 24 hours

I'm really not happy with my stay there. It's supposed to be a Hilton Hotel and the Hilton chain are nice hotels, but this hotel is old. They haven't updated anything and the room had a weird smell. The carpet was kind of dirty and the toilet was damaged. The chain that flushes the toilet was damaged.

We booked our hotel for 6 nights on Expedia. We did not request a handicap room, but we got one, which was below average. There was one desk chair and no where else to sit. Our very first night we had a note in our door saying that the water would be shut off from midnight to 5 am. We had maybe two flushes. The second night the AC leaked on the floor and went out. Our room was 76 degrees. We had to change rooms. They gave us a breakfast voucher. We paid for an oceanfront room, and were moved to an Oceanview room. We were charged $16 a day for our rental car and when I asked she said it was usually a problem, because it is not listed on the booking site. The pool bar was not friendly and we did not get the anniversary beach vibe we were looking for.

There was a busted pipe on the 11th fl that had a terrible mold smell on the 8th fl. The pipe effected air conditioning. I spoke with a customer on the elevator who told me the ac was down the day before. I should have been made aware of this before i arrived so i could have made alterations to my stay instead of traveling back home that day.

Average hotel that was incredibly over priced. Charged for parking which wasn’t disclosed. Terribly over priced, low quality food. Deferred maintenance.
