Very conveniently located to tourist attractions. Room was large with a nice sitting area. The only thing I didn't like was having to hand over the key every time I left and then having to ask for it back to get to my room.

Fantastic location and steps away from Sr. Stephan’s cathedral and several of the Christmas markets. If you prefer to be in the heart of everything, this is the hotel to stay in!

The property is located in a good location within the city center. The customer service representative when first arrived was not clear. The room was very small and dark.

Due to room not ready, we had to wait 20 minutes at the lobby even if after 15:00 (normal check-in time).We don't like the breakfast buffet. Its under our expectations when we compared with our previous experience in Vien.

Fantastic stay. Great staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. The bed was a little firm for a sensitive side sleeper but that is just for people who are extra sensitive. Location was perfect. Would recommend to all and would stay again.

The hotel was located in a perfect central area. It was clean and beautiful. The breakfast was phenomenal and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was so happy! It made my day so enjoyable in beautiful Vienna!

Lovely traditional hotel in the centre of the city. Quiet room on request. Walking distance to lots of sights and a metro station. Excellent staff.

This is an ideal place to stay for tourism in Vienna. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the rooms spacious. It is literally a three-minute walk to Stephansplatz, the center of tourist activity from which shopping, dining and entertainment radiates. Despite the location, it is on a side street and is quiet at night.
