I had to give this poor rating to Raintree Inn due to an event that happened on my stay there on 04/23/2024. So I'm in bed and I wake up to feeling something at my feet in bed with me. I flip back to covers to find a small gray mouse! Quickly got dressed and headed to the office the guy at the desk had a shocked look on his face and ended up giving me another room for the last few hours of my stay. But was that enough?

I was not expecting a motel. This room picture did not match up. Furniture did not match. I found a crusty wash cloth hanging in the shower. Low water pressure in the toilet. Told font desk at checkout. He did not seem to care much

We enjoyed our stay cheap and affordable in our budget rooms are clean bed was huge thank you so much

Easy check in, clean facility, nothing fancy but clean and friendly staff.

The pictures make the hotel look like a very nice place to stay. The pictures lie. Within 10 minutes of checking into my room I had already killed 2 spiders and a roach. I didn't see any more critters the rest of the night, but that alone is enough to make someone want to leave. The bed was rock hard. You are better off sleeping on a stiff board. Not to mention you only get three tiny pillows. The towels felt like sandpaper and were paper thin and very tiny. Someone needs to learn about fabric softener. The work area has no light around it. You may as well be working in the dark. Plus, the chair at the work area was broken and very uncomfortable to sit in and try to work. Finally, the TV signal and Wifi signal kept going in and out. I had to use my own hotspot for a reliable connection to the internet to try and get a little bit of work done that night. The TV remote was broken as well. The A/C readout was broken and trying to determine a temperature setting was very challenging. The a/c did work for the most part, I just never really knew what temperature it was set at. All in all, you basically get what you paid for. This was a pretty inexpensive room compared to others around it and I see now why it was so inexpensive.

My daughter and I came to Ada for a softball tournament, and it was a very hot weekend. The room stayed cool for us after the long day in the sun. The stay was a good one for us. The room was clean; the showers worked for us. The stay was very good for the price I paid for two nights. My daughter approved as well. Check-in was nice and easy. I would stay again.

It was OK for the money. However, the shower had not been cleaned well, if at all, prior to my stay. Otherwise it was an inexpensive place to sleep.

It's actually been pretty good the staff is very friendly I just haven't checked out the breakfast is yet I haven't heard that the breakfast is I don't even know what time they start I heard 6:00 but I don't know

I didn’t have high expectations, I just needed a quick one night stay. Kind, friendly customer service upon check in. quiet area and clean room.

It was hard to keep room temp regulated because of the gaps in the door. Bathroom floor was sticky. Can hear people walking on second floor.
