Excellent Hotel and service

Our go to hotel in Mexico City. We have been staying here for years. The location is superb. Phenomenal service. Excellent food at different restaurants in hotel. Rooms are being remodeled, spacious & very comfortable. Polanco is one of the best neighborhoods in CDMX, you can walk to dept stores, lots of restaurants & even to Paseo de la Reforma (one of the most important st) & visit the Anthropology & History Museum. Love it! Will be back very soon!

Everything was perfect about our visit to the hotel. Starting off from letting us check into our rooms early, the quality of the rooms, the food, and its location. We’ll definitely be wanting to return there whenever we can.

It’s a very nice hotel with a great location. The staff was eager to help and they surprised my daughter on her birthday!! It was nice to see the staff with a cake and singing “las mañanitas” in my daughter’s room. Thanks!!

Just stayed for one night to escape the area of the marathon. Did not disappoint. Breakfast in the cafe was really delicious but kinda pricey.

My room was interior facing toward the pool. Extraordinarily quiet and great fit out, sheets, water pressure etc. Had a fantastic sleep. Not sure if the rooms on the other side of the hall faced the street and might have had noise. So it's a great resort type hotel but about a 15 minute walk to the Polanco action cafe restaurante area and just not much action near the hotel. Also because the hotel is horizontal (3 stories) not vertical. The walk within the hotel to your room can be pretty long. This hotel is now considre3d a bit dated so it's a lot less expensive than competing 5 star hotels. For a great pool area and a good sleep this is your place. But to get to Polanco action you will need an uber.

The lobby is beautiful, La Huerta breakfast buffet is fantastic. Rating it low because there is clearly a huge mold problem in the rooms. The smell was so strong, and by the third day my throat and lungs hurt badly and I spent days coughing. There's a ton of moisture and no way to remove it (no vents or windows). It's a serious health hazard and they need to do something.
