The person checking us in was very crabby They were cleaning carpets so the closest room was on the 4th floor When I reached my room I realized I needed an extra blanket and pillow tried to find front desk person she was nowhere to me found

I HAVE BEEN TO THE HOLIDAY IN THE PAST TO HAVE A MEAL WITH FAMILY MEMBERS THAT LIVE IN ALEXANDRIA. THIS WAS A QUICK TRIP TO VISIT A RELATIVE IN A NURSING HOME AND A NICE PLACE TO STAY WITH AN EARLY BREAKFAST AND A QUICK TRIP BACK TO MPLS.

I've never been in a Hotel without an elevator, even for only 2 floors. Would not stay there unless I could be guaranteed the ground floor. Was not aware off this when booking.

Quiet and clean,friendly staff.only negative was $15 extra for breakfast.

The first room we were given was really musty smelling and the carpet was wet. We were moved to another room which also had wet carpet. They brought in a dehumidifier to help with the wet carpet and the smell but we had to run it the entire time of our stay and the carpet never fully dried out. We will never stay there again.

Beds are comfortable, but very outdated. We were given a poolside room. It was loud until 11pm. We needed to get up early for the state trap championship.

Went to restaurant next door waitress served us drinks never came back for at least 30 minutes waited on tables that came in after us they were waited on andserved their food and we were still waiting

Rooms could be sanitized better. Room smell stuffy. Could use remodeling. Cleaner rooms that smell fresher. Pool is wonderful warm. Hot tub is nice kids play ares is fabulous restraunt is converted. Free meals for kids a plus.

The whole place needs updating. There are a lot of leaks. It smells. Staff was really nice though.
