Key was not working to the room when we asked the guy in front said we have to come get him to open it such an inconvenience too much money for that not to work.

I checked in and was told they gave away my nonsmoking room to someone else, and that all they had was a smoking room. I asked if I could get a refund since I didn’t book for a smoking room and was refused the refund. I was like, if I am going to be charged anyways might as well take the smoking room and not make a scene. I had the worst night in the room where the cigarettes smell must have infiltrated the room’s quantum physics dimension because everything that touched the bed smelled like cigarettes-my body/hair/bookbag/clothes. My childhood asthma acted up and I don’t know how I didn’t die because I really wanted to, in this cigarette marinated room. Never again. Even after opening the window, fanning out the room with the door and blasting the AC on high. Nothing seemed to help this poor room.

There was bed bugs in my room i only checked in for 4 hours and had to leave at 2 a.m. to bring my wife to hospital due to bed bug allergy and no one compensated or did anything for me stole my money worst night of my life i have pictures also of this inconvenient matter

Im not not a hard guy to please truly the bare minimum im a happy guy. BUT THIS never seen a Disgusting room in my life. Wish i can post pics on here to show but the pillow cases cover in blood does it all they definitely dont clean. Pupes in the shower before i even turn on the shower, stains all over the Microwave there were white we all know what that was but why on the microwave. Blacked out so hard so i can sleep in the bed. 3:30 am comes around and im waken up by someone banging on my door. So scary never again left at 5am drove up the street and ended up sleeping in my car

Liked the space of the room and the spacious mini fridge. Our room had a giant storage area in the room, which could have been better utilized by increasing the space in the bathroom or making it into a breakfast nook.
The bathroom had no fan, couldn't open the window for ventilation and the showerhead had terrible pressure.

Was sufficient for one night stop if you traveling, amenities are limited so make sure you have your own, towels were extremely worn out, and check before you settle if the room was cleaned properly.. you can tel there were some upgrades done but but not ever were bathrooms need some work. But the room has new floors and needs new coat of paint. Mixed customers from not much much I can openly say but be aware of locking doors and walking at night

I paid alnost $200 to stay here it was infested with roaches all over the bathroom even crawling on the tv. The sheets were stained and when i told the person working at night they couldn't care less and in the morning they did nothi g no refund no apologies nothing no one should ever stay here no matter the price

wouldn’t ever stay here again. one of the rooms the bathroom door would not close. had to move the beds to have a good line to the bathroom. you should take this one off the list. paid a lot of money for crappy place. I would request a refund
