Stayed in a nice courtyard suite with comfortable beds. Was a bit surprised the pool was closed with such nice weather. The mini fridge was not secure and would tilt hard when trying to open, but it worked well which was all that really mattered. A variety of Hot or cold breakfast choices were available each morning. Get to breakfast early though. They ran out of coffee and hot food quickly each morning because they were under staffed as the hotel filled up each night. They did the best they could. The town is very nice. Everything we needed for our stay was within walking distance. Would choose to stay here again.

One thing for people who are allergic to pets they should have some rooms aside with no pets, for people that are allergic to dogs other than that my stay was ok

The door to access the room courtyard was broken and the screen to our rooms window was pushed out and laying on the ground. The room was ok. The food was ok. The hot tub was ok. Overall ok.

Staff was super courteous and had a fantastic breakfast. Facilities were older but well kept up and refurbished. Clean and safe!

The amenities themselves were nice. Room clean, pool nice, breakfast excellent. However about 1 am our air conditioning went out and most of our party of 4 ended up awake for the night. No one at the front desk to tell in the morning.

Our family of five adults had a spacious courtyard room. Facility is dated, not very clean; needs updating and refreshing. Breakfast was below average, rather crowded.

The room I had was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous when I needed something like more coffee or towels.

We actually ended up NOT staying, and are persuing a refund. We booked a room for 6, and it claimed to have two queen beds and a double sofa sleeper. When we arrived it turned out that the sofa sleeper was actually pulled out from an oversized chair, and was twin-sized. I asked for a cot or roll-away for our 4th kid to sleep on, and they refused, citing that the fire code does not allow more than 6 beds in a room. They were adamant that the sofa sleeper was a double and would fit two people. I invited them to come to our room to look at it, and they declined. I then showed them a photo of my 12-year-old laying on it to prove it is twin-size and would NOT also fit my 10-year-old. Their solution was to offer to sell me a second room at a discounted rate. Nope. I paid for a 6-person room. I’m not paying extra for another room because you only provided 5 beds. Also, the floor was vinyl-plank, so not even an option to have a kid sleep there. No carpet. After asking the desk clerk to call the manager and still getting nowhere, we requested they just refund us so we could go elsewhere and find a hotel with 6 beds. They still refused, so we let them know we were departing, and will pursue a refund through credit card dispute.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in there was enough dirt on the floor I could have grown crops the air conditioner broke the door to the room was warped they had full-time residents living there so that kind of explains the noisiness
