We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay! I want to say and I hope it is noted that out king bed was awesome!!! It did NOT have the too hot memory factor am toooers that all the hotels are changing to. Those beds are hell- thank you sooo much for keeping the oh so comfortable and cool mattresses!!!! The only thing at this location was the super bright ugly light trained on the hot tub???!!! What the heck? No ambience on that… but we loved our stay and we will choose Travelodge in the future!!!

Beyond run down hotel. So outdated and nothing like the pictures. Fridge had to temperature gauge, so everything froze. No hot water on the second floor at all. No matter how long we let it run. Door frame all busted and black as if someone was trying to kick their way out. The outside stairs are carpeted? One night there was a crackhead shooting up right outside our door. The whole place just needs to be demolished. Do not stay here.

The mattress was pretty bad. The dressing area door and bathroom door were dirty. There is Some orange/brown substance along the wall base in the bathroom and wall paper peeling. It needs a general redo. Otherwise location is good and the lobby area was clean. Staff was very nice. Parking lot needs work!

The staff was not at all welcoming here. They certainly did not appreciate our business. The shower head was really low - only able to wash from the chest down. A tall person could never take a shower here. There was food leftover in the refrigerator. The room had a musty smell.

Never even stayed the night.. upon arrival cops were there. Paid an extra 34$ for early check in get to the room to find the room in horrendous conditions. Asked Luis the manager for a refund because of the condition and also not feeling safe which to him was not a good enough reason for a refund smirked grabbed his food said refund denied & walked away. Definitely not worth the money.

Microwave and a nice size fridge to put food inside with a coffee maker and an ironing board an iron. Now the stuff that needs work is kind of dated just a lot of wear and tear on the tub, if facing the Sun on either side need blackout curtains. Happy to say the jacuzzi was working when we got there and was fixed like a lot of hotels no breakfast was offered only coffee and tea and vending machines outside. Before the price you can't beat it anywhere to be close to downtown Palm Springs.

Everything was adequate. Latout is very nice.,jacuzzi open until 10pm, room could use paint and maintenance. A few noticeable potholes in parking lot,,staff was very friendly.
