Difficulty with check in. They wanted us to pay for a room that was already paid for. This took a long time to straighten out. The person at reception wanted us to call Expedia. I refused. After checking further the receptionist found the correct information

Easy on/off for the freeway. Room was clean and comfortable, with the exception of waking up to a wet spot on the carpet around the mini frig. When I reported it, the front desk girl didn't seem surprised, so it must be a problem they have with the refrigerators. But there was no mildew smell, so they must take care of it quickly. Breakfast area was clean and food was good, but not as hot as we would have liked...warm to cool.

I had difficulty getting checked in and was given a room that smelled like smoke. The clerck was aware that guests had been fined for smoking and wanted to rent me the room anyway. It took two more rooms to find one that was clean and didn't smell bad. Check in took more than 1 hour and 3 trips with my huge suitcase up and down the flights.

Our room was very clean and felt very spacious. The staff was courteous and professional. There were several baseball teams of 6-7 year olds and the staff was patient and accepting. We enjoyed our stay.

Suite was an great set up for a family of 6! Perfect location to visit family. Kids had fun at the pool too!

Smell like a smoking room. The area was okay. I would not stay here again. Everyone was very nice but I don’t trust parking my car here.

They remodeled since we were last there and the upgrades are very pretty inside the rooms. The fact that the room comes with a bath mat for in the tube was an absolute game changer for us since we had a toddler. The front staff accomudated our request for a first floor room because we have a toddler. And then proceeded to offer us a cot and extra bedding if we needed for the toddler! Wonderful service and the continental breakfast never misses.

We had the suite room and it was super spacious. Was a great fit for all 5 of us. The included breakfast was delicious, my husband was enthralled by the pancake machine.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The laundry was convienient for washing team uniforms between tournament days. Tasty resteraunts nearby.

I'm not sure where these pictures were taken but I don't think it was this hotel unless they were enhanced. This was not originally a Holiday Inn. The rooms are clean but doors are old. Noise from outside luckily ended early enough to sleep but interrupted us all evening. This is next to another hotel that also had cars with loud stereos.
