I usually have great stays at Marriott, this stay was not unfortunately. The heater did not work, the room was really cold. Instead of being offered a room with a working heater, I was given blankets. In addition the tub was very dirty, I was not able to shower.

We loved everything about our stay. Very welcoming. Friendly agent at front desk. Room was comfortable. Shower water pressure (which is a must have for me) was very satisfying. Just wish there was a fan to get steam out of bathroom.

From time to time I make time for myself for my studies and personal healing to unwind. What better place to do it close to home. A few days was enough for me and definitely I’m coming back here. Yeah, sure it’s not the perfect place but it needs.

It was a very comfortable hotel. Its close to all kinds of dining and shopping. The only thing I did not like was the cleaner/airfreshner or something in the room. Our son had a room also so its wherever they are using. It did not have a pleasant fresh smell. Ill pack fabreez next time.

Check in was quick and friendly, even at 1am
The first night was fantastic. really comfy beds, quiet. The second night we had people fighting in the room upstairs and people next to us blaring the tv. We were by the stairs and constantly heard the door open and shut hard until 2-3am. regardless, it had nothing to do with the actual hotel. Overall great stay

The staff was awful. I only remember 2 were nice. Most of the staff were jerks and filled with attitude. It was like they didn’t want to serve. I’m not going to be someone that I’m begging for service. Would not recommend at all. Never will stay here again.

We liked the fact that there was a nice small couch, coffee table and desk. The room was clean and modern. The king bed faced the window which we liked. We will definitely stay there again when we visit.
The staff was nice and accommodating.
( side note, if the bar/lounge was playing up beat music we would have had a drink. NO music or ambiance. No customers there either)

We could never get the air conditioner to cool the room properly. A free continental breakfast would be nice for the price we paid for the room. The breakfast that is offered is very pricey. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.

General Manager Atefeh Kamankesh, was pleasant accomodating us for our needs. Receptionist on July 17, 2024, was not as pleasant as other ladies. Atefeh apologize and that made our stay at hotel pleasant.
