Check in courteous and efficient. Nice lobby. Hotel clean. In room, toilet made a water dripping noise all night, and when the heater came on, the fan was very loud, kept waking us up. Breakfast restaurant understaffed, good food.

This was my first return trip after many years and everything was exceptional. Ample free parking and EV charging is a plus in a crowded downtown area.

Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again.

We stayed here based on the nice pictures which were deceptive. This is not an elegant hotel. It may have been 100 years ago, but it's been updated over the years with cheap fixes so it just looks tacky. We received a tiny room that barely fit a queen bed (which was the size of a double)-- there was no room for my bedside table and the room didn't even have right angles-- the door was on a slant. The bathroom was tiny and the sink barely held up by shoddy construction. The mattress was old and lumpy. No one was there to greet us at the front desk-- we had to go find someone. And the next morning (a holiday), the maid woke us up at 8:30am asking to clean our room. And we paid $200 for the privilege. It's run down and overpriced. I would look elsewhere.

Every member of the staff was helpful, especially enjoyed the breakfast crew and the food. Highly recommend staying here. Only drawback was lack of blackput curtains in our room.

As usual the girl at the front desk who checked us in was very kind, welcoming and cordial. She is a star!

The hotel was overall ok. Our check in experience was off putting given there was a drunk couple who didn’t have a credit card and were lingering trying to pay with cash - not the front desks fault. When we were finally able to check in it went smoothly however got to our rooms and had two double beds instead of a king. At that point we were too tired to address with the front desk.
At check out they couldn’t find our reservation and then said we had booked two rooms(which we had not).
We left early the next morning so did not experience food or any hotel amenities. The building could use a face lift however does have charm and historic vibe coming through. Park was super easy and central to downtown and walking around.
