They need more variety of breakfast. We stayed for 8 days and all we ate for breakfast was egg and sausage. The water in the pool was green and dirty. The bed sheets were stained. The receptionist was nice and friendly

We had a leak in our room that I used the waste paper basket to catch or our bathroom floor would be wet all the time. Supposedly they fixed it but they didn’t. This breeds mildew and you could tell that was a problem. The breakfast was inadequate. Coffee had not been brewed for the day and was cold. Supplies were down to 4 slices of bread, 3 bagels and maybe a hand full of unappetizing looking eggs and cold sausage. This was at 6:30 am. I felt for the rest of the people because they were going to have anything to eat. There were families there and they count on feeding their children something to eat and there was nothing. Management didn’t seem to care. Very disappointed in Best Western. Usually fine. The only thing I can say is that the room was clean.

This is a clean an confortable hotel. You don't have to spend a lot of money to have a perfect room for an affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel.

Smoking only available, smell was so strong. Finishes old, gross , drape’s wrinkled. Sheets seemed used. Lampshade broken. Parking lot sketchy.

We traveled 11 hours with our 5 young children to stay the night on our way back home. Once we had our children settled in bed for the night my husband went to use the restroom where we found a bed bug in the bathtub. I have a picture for proof as well. We packed our (crying) kids up and hit the road to drive through the night instead.

Amul and Bryan were warm and professional. We definitely will return to stay at our next training. A job well done…
