Everything was nice except the comforter didn't breathe and so I was hot and without it I was cold. Could not sleep with a waterproof comforter. So, perhaps also have a cotton blanket because people need to sleep. Premium bedding is very important.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. The front desk were very kind and nice to me and very welcome. The only thing I had an issue with were the guest children running around the halls and banging on people doors then running. Which was very disturbing.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH HOUSEKEEPING... THEY WAITED UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON TO CLEAN MY ROOM EVEN THOUGH I WAS OUT ALL DAY WHEN THE ROOM WAS EMPTY. I HAD TO SIT IN THE LOBBY A FEW TIMES WHILE HOUSEKEEPING CLEANED MY ROOM INSTEAD OF RESTING AND ENJOYING THE ROOM. AGAIN, MY ONLY REGRET WAS HOUSEKEEPING.

Both check in and check out agents were friendly. Got in late. The room was very hot when we arrived. We assumed the air would cool down but it never did. Set on 65 and was up a lot just really hot. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Shower was nice.

Everything was fine until we got into bed which was wet because someone had urinated in the bed and they had just made the bed over this- maybe not realizing it was wet. We were really grossed out about the experience. The manager did put us in another room which was clean and we had no complaints about that room. I feel bad leaving a negative review because it doesn't seem like this is the norm. But we were also not offered anything for the inconvenience. Just an apology.
