The room was not big, with two suitcases there was limited walking space. But we made do! The bathroom was very tight. The bathtub height was short. And the bathroom fan was not functioning properly so condensation would build on the ceiling of the short bathtub and it would drip on you while showering. Not ideal. Cleaning services were done every 2nd night. The lobby was nice, free tea and coffee. The decor was unique. Tucked into a quiet street and about a 5-10 min walk to the train stations.

Hotel was generally clean and on a very quiet side street. Convenience stores and dining options short walk away (5-10mins). Staff were very helpful and polite. Very limited and tight room space to open up bigger suitcases as room was not very big (pretty normal in Tokyo hotels). Hotel had a nice bookstore/library theme, with different topic focus on each floor.
Coin laundry available which is convenient but always in use as only 2 washers! You can scan a QR code to check status of your wash and availability. Airport limo bus stops at hotel, Tokyo Tower can be reached within about 20mins walk.

This was our first hotel on our first trip to Japan and we couldn't have been happier with the Shiba Park Hotel. It was the perfect introduction to Japanese hospitality - the staff were so kind and went out of their way to be helpful, from the moment we arrived until organising our luggage transfer when we left. Our room was spacious, well equipped and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and a window we could open. The public areas were as lovely as we had been led to believe by pictures and other reviews, it was great to be able to come back after sightseeing and relax in the lounge with coffee and a book on a cold Tokyo day. We thought the area was good for our first time in the city too - not too frenzied, nice and quiet at night, with lots of places to eat nearby. Being handy to three stations made it easy to get around and it was a short walk from Tokyo Tower, Team Lab Borderless and some beautiful parks. We loved our stay and would happily return.

Excellent customer service, friendly and courteous staff. Nice installation, lounge area very nice. Great amenities. Convenient location for public transportation. Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Dinner at the hotel restaurant is nice, but expensive. Housekeeping is minimalized, as in all hotels in Japan that we stayed at. It is presented as environmetally responsive, but is just cutting the costs. The single use amenities are all over....

We chose to change our reservation at another hotel so that we could stay here again. Everything about the hotel was excellent including the location. Easy access to everything one would need in Tokyo.

The Shiba Park is located in a quiet charming area very close to a grand temple and Tokyo Tower. The rooms are lovely, made for travelers, and have excellent sound proofing. The staff are friendly and speak English well. The lobby is very elegantly designed and the breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. Will be staying here again.

The room is fairly big and the beds are comfortable. Need to get up earlier to get the full set of breakfast. Location is also excellent.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! Best hotel we stayed at our entire honeymoon trip! Comfortable bed, lots of arts and books! Fairly quiet and also had laundry on sight available for those traveling a while. Staff was always ready to help, recommend and feel like you were the only guest there!

We arrived in the early morning with a baby and a 3 year old in tow, and the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. This was a total lifesaver and we cannot express our gratitude enough. Thank you!

It was a great stay, the only thing is the common areas and elevator are not air conditioned, besides that it was an excellent stay.

When we checked out, almost no contact with hotel staff. They were so polite but did not have any conversation. It was like very …… no human contact. I wanted to have more warm humanly communication.
But over all it was good hotel.
