My stay was fine, standard room. Bed was extremely uncomfortable (you could feel the springs). And there was pubic hair on my toilet seat!!!!

Poor sleep quality. Asked for a quiet room, but we were placed above the front desk area which is open to the 2nd floor. Loud and lots of banging throughout the night. Doors, boxes being moved(sounded like), and voices. We even had a large box fan. Breakfast was mediocre. One positive waa the ahower was powerful. Other than that, wouldn't stay here again.

Clean and had a great breakfast. Room was a bit small . Only a shower no tub . But overall it was a nice place .

We’ve stayed here three times in the last 3 years. The price for the room was high for one night and two travelers even though we booked through Expedia. The room they were going to give us was for handicapped person(s). The lady who was sitting behind the desk not the clerk booking us in asked if we knew the room was for handicapped people. We were unaware and that was not required. They gave us another room but it was next to the drinks and snacks machines which would be disturbing. They were understanding and provided another room. However the curtains didn’t close only the light opaque ones closed. There was mold in the toilet. Do I need to specify that I need curtains that close for privacy and no lights to shine through either way? Since it was only one night we made due. From the parking lot it seemed they had other better rooms available.

We were driving down the 89 from Montreal, it was a good and convenient hotel.

The kind of hotel that makes you feel dirty by touching anything. Old & grotty. Massively overpriced for what it is. There were a lot of flies in the room - mainly in the bathroom. The whole room smelled bad and the toilet smelled of urine. We were given a room with a door to an adjoining room, so we spent the night paranoid someone might get in as the lock didn't work. We were put next to the ice machine, so we were disturbed all night long by people using it. The door is paper thin so we also heard the footsteps and conversations of every single person who went past our room to the lobby as we were right off reception. The breakfast was ok.

We stayed one night in order to be at college tour on time. The front staff woman was sweet and welcoming especially after our long drive. There was Applebees within walking distance of the hotel which was fantastic. The room was clean and updated. The hot breakfast was exactly what we needed to start our day. I will be staying here again if we are in the area.
