Well situated hotel, nearby to all main attractions. The staff is friendly. Hotel offers a wide-range of breakfast. Wifi quality requires an upgrade and the room can be slightly noisy if you are attentive.

We loved the authentic historical and old worldy feel to the Colombo. Great location, clean, friendly, nice breakfast. Only draw back was the room was a little small.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, the location is wonderful. But th guy in the reception desk seems to be angry all times.

This beautiful family run hotel is in a perfect location for walking around Verona. Charming helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere. I would love to dtay again.

This hotel feels like it once was grand, and like the last person to care about it must have passed away in the 70s.
The basis is good, the hotel is well placed, but everything recent is done on the cheap, and it shows.
I guess the front of house person I came across is of the owner's family (else he'd have been long sacked for being so unpleasant). Rest of the staff is nice and helpful.

Hotel ideally situated, very clean, staff very pleasant would stay there again. Breakfast times lengthy so no rush.
Only down side, no tea making facility for those who need their first cuppa.

We enjoyed staying at the Colomba D’Oro. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast had everything we needed to start off a great day.
The hotel is near to wonderful restaurants, attractions and shopping.

Very centrally located, nice old building with the typical downsides of smaller and older rooms - but I very much prefer the character of the old rooms, even if that is a little less comfortable.
Service in principle was very good to, staff remembered me after the check in and always handed me right key etc
Only downside, when I ordered a taxi to get to the airport they did not order a taxi but a chauffeur service, which was efficent, but more expansive. I would have loved to have the choice instead of them choosing the more expansive version for me…

The hotel was excellent loved the murial on the walls by reception and ceiling.Had a great breakfast especially loved the juices in the glass bottles.Our room was nice and quiet.Amenities were great.We managed to look round city well from hotel.First part found a very nice by over looking the river.Then back in the evening on a Sunday we found a bar closer.Both places food and staff were good

The hotel is such a find, it’s full of character, historical artwork and a lift goes back to the early 1920s and is absolutely stunning. It is a perfect Italian stay and my review cannot give its best review but the hotel is breathtaking!!
