The lobby is beautiful, very welcoming. The hostess was very pleasant. The double room beds are too small. The toilet is really old and low to the floor. No new plug outlets for smart devices. Valet team was amazing.

I felt disappointed and somewhat humiliated by my interaction with the front desk staff. When I asked something, the employee seemed preoccupied and responded in a hurried manner. It seemed he was more focused on serving the next guest in line than on offering me thoughtful assistance. A more attentive response would have made my experience much better.

We could walk to venues. Valet parking was $50. for overnight. We only had 1 regular coffee and 1 decaff in room. Check in employee was a little rude.

Me and my girlfriend decided to stay here for my 23rd birthday and it was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the hotel representatives were very polite and friendly. The restaurant was amazing, we both had the Chicken Parm, definitely what we both recommend. Also the hotel is in close proximity too everything. We easily walked too every destination which included the Guardians Stadium and the Jack. We 100% recommend staying here.

Only had 1 room reservation although my confirmation stated I reserved 2. Took till 8 pm to get the second room. No notification stating my room was ready although they took my number to let me know. Front desk team didn’t seem to know what they were doing.

We loved staying here! Angelo at the valet started our experience off with 5 star service. We left a phone in the car when they first took it and he got it back to us quick and was super super nice about it. Everytime we saw him he was awesome. Front desk guy super nice and informational. I can’t remember the greeters name, he was so nice tho and we chatted with him everytime we saw him. The room was clean and cool just the way we like it. The little market in the lobby had surprisingly good food also.
