The hotel shuttle took 45 min to get to us and that’s with me calling every 15 min asking where it was. The shuttle was not marked and had broken seats. When arriving at the property I was told there was flooding on our floor and there would be fan noise during the night. When entering the room one of the headboards was broken so we had to ask to be moved.

I enjoyed the quiet and comfortable environment especially the restaurant staff in the evening and for breakfast. So friendly and pleasant.

I chose this hotel for its locations and shuttle service. The pick up and drop off at the airport was good. It is nice that the hotel is right by the wildlife refuge for walking and not far from the mall! It was clean, and quiet, and convenient. I would recommend it.

Excellent restaurant, servers Jeanie and John make any stay perfect. Quick checkin process, beautiful clean rooms, main floor clean bathrooms are a plus.

The room was very clean and there was very little noise from any other room, which I appreciated (I am a light sleeper and if I hear people walking or talking, it keeps me awake).
The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the only critique that I have is that when I called the front desk, room service, and the airport shuttle, no one ever answered. I called several times, at different times, and it was only after multiple attempts someone at the front desk finally answered. I'm sure they were understaffed as is the case in many places--it was just a bit frustrating when I was on hard deadlines for the shuttle/room service because of my flight time.

My only suggestion is that a "grab bar" in the shower would have been appreciated ..

Polite staff. AC didn’t work well. Thought staff was sending someone to look at it but nobody showed. Airport shuttle driver was excellent!

Hilton’s free shuttle service until 1:00 AM from the airport was an VERY important factor in choosing this hotel over others in the area. Our flight arrived at the MSP airport around 10:20 PM. When we called the hotel to request a pickup we were told the shuttle service did not run past 10:00 PM!
