How much lipstick can one put on a pig? The foundation has sunk so much they put weatherstripping ON TOP of the door frame to cover the 1+” of sag. They stuccoed that wing because of the big cracks in the walls. Walking down the hall you can feel all the cracks under the carpet. We have a dog, so they charged us extra to put us in the dog pee room. The heating was very loud.

The young woman at the front desk was the best. As I walked in to get my room for my 2 kids an I to stay, she tells me she will be there at the front desk in a bit. She was walking out to meet with the police as they had just pulled into the hotel. They were dealing with an individual that had been wandering onto the property after they we told to leave. I waited patiently a when she got done she got me my room an explained everything I needed to know for my stay there. The room was great. We swam and got in the hot tub an even went to the fitness center an worked out. Check out was easy gave them my room cards an off we went. I was very pleased with our stay especially knowing that the young lady that checked us in was also watching out for the safety of all the hotel guests. Great place to stay.

The property is in need of updating. Our room -handicapped room- was poorly lit and the plugs to recharge our phones (built into the lamps) did not work. The shower switch to bring the water down to the showerhead would have been out of reach for someone in a wheelchair (my veteran husband, fortunately has me to travel with to help with these things). The bathroom was nicely updated and brightly lit. However,whomever designated this room for handicap access obviously has never brought in an actual handicap person to check to see that it is accommodating. The front desk person was nice and helpful.

Mold was in the room, also the management will steal your money. Checked out early & agreed to the “early-check” out fee but was ALSO charged for the FULL stay. Employees refuse to refund my money so now I’m having to dispute the charges through my credit card company. DO NOT STAY HERE, THEY ARE THIEVES

Everything was great, only think was that our room smelled bad. And there was two stains on carpet and know it was from a previous animal. The carpets could use some changing or washed more frequently? Also more strict with pets? Or just having their own rooms for pets only like handicap. But thank you everything else was great :)

Was a quick overnight stay to break up our trip home. Was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay longer if in the area again.

They put us in the very last room of the hotel, and when we arrived, it was filthy and reeked of tobacco—like everyone who stayed there before had been smoking nonstop. To make matters worse, the phone in the room didn't work, so we had to haul our heavy bags all the way back to the front desk to request a room change. It was an awful experience.

Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was clean. The walls and around the vents could have been cleaner. The price was great.
