We had an exceptional stay at the Pfister! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We were met with outstanding customer service every time we interacted with hotel staff. We enjoyed sitting by the fireplace and eating breakfast in the cafe. Gavin served us breakfast and was working the bar and he was attentive and never let our coffees get low! This hotel was extra cozy and they had decorated for Christmas which made things feel magical. Cannot recommend the Pfister enough and will definitely stay there in the future!!

Outstanding and perfectly updated. We received a high floor and adjoining rooms. It was luxurious and comfortable. Service was excellent and food at bar was excellent. Finally, setting the temp in room was easy and accurate (many old buildings are overheated in winter and this was easy to set to just what you want).

Jack at the front desk was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Cafe was extremely convenient. Parking is a bit pricey.

What a beautiful hotel! So much history that has been up kept over time and preservation. Perfect location. And I truly do mean perfect location. Walking distance to eateries.

Incredible service. Hotel is close to many restaurants, the lakefront and art museum. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service at the front desk. Friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and quiet and I really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend.

Very clean and well kept. The only complaint is how expensive parking is for guests. It should be free or much lower if you’re a guest of the hotel.

Only stayed one night...then tried Saint Kate for the first time. Only issue was there was no shampoo in the bathroom.

We loved everything about the hotel. Wonderful atmosphere for relaxing and gathering in the lobby. The staff were all lovely and welcoming The only blemish was a bartender Daniel who made us feel like an absolute inconvenience. Maybe he should consider a career other than hospitality.

It was pretty good. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was pretty nice. Great jazz music on top floor with view and good drinks up there too. Overall I was unimpressed with the quality but the classic nature of the place is pretty neat and it is modern and fancy.

A beautiful hotel. Highly recommend to travelers! The staff are fabulous and the building is amazing. Easy parking and within walking distance of Summerfest. Room service at 11 pm was fantastic! Our room was perfect and we slept great!

Always love the Pfister but this time I stayed on the second floor in the historic section. The hotel booked wedding party afternoon snacks and breakfast in the area right outside our door. Being awakened by people at 7 am right outside my door wasn’t great, neither was walking thru the tables and people to get to the elevator. Awkward.

The hotel staff are very kind, professional, and welcoming. The hotel rooms are clean. In room dinning is reasonably priced and delicious.

Overall the hotel is great but staffed dropped the ball a couple of times. But I would stay there again.
