Unfortunately, the listings are misrepresented on this app. The photos and listing indicate that there is a desk/workspace in the standard room and this is not the case. Staff here blamed it on the app and said there is nothing they can do. Just a note for others.

We were in Room 225. Many hotels have stopped using exhaust fans in the bathroom. You should check your vent pipe for the bathrooms. Returning to our room, we noticed a sewage smell each time.

It really was very clean, but I did a few floor exercises and noticed a few tiny chip crumbs behind a chair. Complimentary snacks?? We'll suppose the vacuum bag was full. Staff were very friendly and informative. Our accessible room was thoughtfully laid out and furnished. Parking arrangements are simple and inexpensive. Breakfast buffet in resto is very nice, with personal pot of fresh brew and clean, polite, business-like table service. Perfect downtown location.

I was called a little while later to let me know the room was ready, however when we got to the front desk we were told the room had been given to someone else. After getting all our things from the car we sat in the lobby. I saw a large group approaching and thought I would check to see if the room was ready and was told that it was. Not sure about all the delay but not a great first impression.

Was placed in the West Wing which is dilapidated and clearly worse than the main tower of the hotel. Temperature control in the room was poor and the bed wasn’t comfortable. Disappointing

We stay in Fredricton a few times year, but will be avoiding this hotel in the future.
