The hotel is warm. Everyone commented on it. Some of us had to turn on the AC on a day in the 30’s.

The hotel was very nice and the customer service was also very good. I booked it based on Hotels.com website stating there was a bar and restaurant available. After a long day we like to just stay and stop all the running around. Well they weren’t open. They are only open Wed.- Sat. Wish that was stated in Hotels.com site. I book through them all the time, so I don’t have to keep going into individual hotel websites….

I come here every 3 to 4 months because i have medical treatment in Glen Mills, PA. The staff are so caring and kind and go out of their way making sure i get an accessible room. They are the sweetest people. My treatments here are done and I start traveling to FL for my next set. I gotta say I'm going to miss Concordville Best Western and the staff. I'm a little scared to go have my treatments and have to stay some place else now.

We stayed a week and our experience was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They recommended locations for us to visit and restaurants to try out. The hotel was very clean and inviting. The lobby was always spotless. The rooms were very clean and all furniture looked new. Having a mini fridge in the room was very convenient. I would stay at this hotel again if I was back in the area. The location of the hotel was great. There were many shopping areas, restaurants, grocery stores within a 5 minutes drive

Here’s why it wasn’t great…hotels.com somehow did not send my reservation, despite my paying in full SIX MONTHS prior to my stay. I received numerous emails confirming my stay in the weeks before from hotel.com and the hotel did not have my reservation when I went to check in. They also could not accommodate me because they were fully booked and I had no choice but to find another hotel close by since I was there for a wedding that weekend. The best part? Hotels.com refused, and is still refusing to pay, the difference that I had to pay for another hotel last minute which was a couple hundred dollars.

It was an excellent stay except no one came in make the bed or exchange the towels and washcloths or replenish the soaps. We didn’t have a sign to hang on the door to request this service so I guess we were skipped
