3pm was supposed to be check in time but one of our rooms was only ready past 5pm and for our second room, by almost 6pm, we had to be the one to inform front desk that our second room was ready since we saw that housekeeping was done and still we didn't get a call that it was ready for check in. They did offer complimentary snacks for our wasted time.
We requested pillows upon check in and we're informed that these will be delivered. The sofa bed had no available linens and we had to follow up 45 minutes after our first call to get these. Our second room never got theirs.

The rooms was much more apartment style rather than hotel suite - which was nice. Our family of five was able to spead out. The beds weren't very comfy so it didn't make for the most restful night of sleep and the room smelled a little funny when we first walked in. We took advantage of the breakfast which was your average complimemtary options: eggs, potatoes, toast, beverage, cereal, waffles. Closest restaurants are about a 10 minute drive away.

The staff was not professional. She even forgot to return my credit card to me when I was checking in.
I booked a suit with five persons total, but there was no bedding on the sofa bed and we had to get the bedding at the front desk by ourselves.

Have 2 separate bedrooms was nice for our family but the living room was small. The kitchen saves money on eating out and the morning free breakfast was actually really great. Hot food every morning, waffles, eggs breakfast meats, juice and coffee. Clean enough but carpets look pretty old to me. The biggest bummer was the cable. There is no guide that actually correlates with the right channel. But overall it’s good for the price and space it gives you for a family of 4 or 5. Pull out sofa bed is terrible too. No extra blankets or pillows in the room either but the staff if super helpful and really great.

The rooms were spacious and great for families. However, there were not sufficient cooking utensils in the kitchen area. The buffet was a nice touch and the staff working in the kitchen were really working hard. However, there were times were people had to wait around for more food to come out. Additional staff is needed to keep up with the people waiting to eat. The chairs used in the eating area were old and the material on them was ripping. The facility was overall good, but could use some additional care and updating.

Room smelled of cigarettes terribly. Tried to talk to manager, she hid in the back. When she did come out she wòuldnt acknowledge us. They had no other rooms to put us in. We had to buy air fresheners, arm n hammer to poor on carpets to try and mask the cigarette smell. The room was dirty, pubic hairs on toilet, crumbs in the cabinets and they refused to compensate anything for the lack of cleanliness and having to have my child sleep in a room that smelled like a cigarettes or even compensate the money we had to spend to try and make the room sleepable

We were surprised with the size of our room! Didnt notice listing mentioning it had two bathrooms so that was a nice surprise! loved that it had a full sized fridge, stove and microwave even though we didnt get to cook in there. Beds were comfy, room was clean and free breakfast was nice!
